Die KONG BLOCK ROLL ist: 

Umlenkrolle mit Rücklaufsperre BLOCK ROLL

Bei dieser speziellen Umlenkrolle handelt sich die untrennbare Kombination aus einer Handsteigklemme nach EN 567 und einer Umlenkrolle nach EN 12278. Die Seitenplatten des Gehäuses aus Aluminium sind beweglich und können geöffnet / bedient werden, ohne das Gerät vom Karabinerhaken zu lösen. Die Laufrolle, ebenfalls aus Aluminium, verfügt über ein Kugellager. Die KONG BLOCK ROLL  kann mit Statikseil / Halbstatikseil nach EN 1891 , aber auch mit Dynamikseil / dynamischen Seilen oder Bergseilen nach EN 892 bestückt werden. Der Seildurchmesser ist auf mindestens Ø 8,0 mm und maximal Ø 13,0 mm limitiert. Auch Reepschnur nach EN 564 kann verwendet werden.

Die KONG BLOCK ROLL ist eine gute Basis für den Aufbau eines Flaschenzuges mit Rücklaufsperre. Die 28 kN Bruchlast und die WLL von 5 kN sind solide Werte. Die  KONG BLOCK ROLL kann auch zum Heben von Lasten eingesetzt werden. Die KONG BLOCK ROLL ist geeignet für den Einsatz im Sport / alpinen Bereich, aber auch für professionelle Einsätze in der Rettung / Höhenrettung oder Seilzugangstechnik.

Pulley with backstop BLOCK ROLL

This special pulley is the inseparable combination of a manual ascender in accordance with EN 567 and a pulley in accordance with EN 12278. The side plates of the aluminum housing are movable and can be opened / operated without detaching the device from the carabiner. The pulley, also made of aluminum, has a ball bearing. The KONG BLOCK ROLL can be equipped with static rope / semi-static rope in accordance with EN 1891, but also with dynamic rope / dynamic ropes or mountain ropes in accordance with EN 892. The rope diameter is limited to a minimum of Ø 8.0 mm and a maximum of Ø 13.0 mm. Rope cord according to EN 564 can also be used.

The KONG BLOCK ROLL is a good basis for setting up a pulley system with a backstop. The 28 kN breaking load and the WLL of 5 kN are solid values. The KONG BLOCK ROLL can also be used for lifting loads. The KONG BLOCK ROLL is suitable for use in sports / alpine areas, but also for professional use in rescue / height rescue or rope access technology.
